Maggie fantastic first aid trainer who is a wealth of knowledge and explains things in a way you can understand. Its good to get first aid certified from someone who works as a paramedic where this is their bread and butter.When i was looking to do my certification there is noone i highly recommend more then maggie
Maggie runs a fantastic course! She’s affordable and even offers the flexibility to come to you if distance is a concern. She has a great way of simplifying information, making it easy for everyone to follow along. Her sessions are well-structured and efficient, often wrapping up a little earlier than planned while still covering all the key content. I will be using Maggie and Life First Aid Courses again in the future.

Maggie was a joy to do this course with. She delivered the content of the course with clarity and confidence which made it easy for me to process and take on. She has a kind and warm nature which made her very easy to be around.It was clear that equipping people with this life skill is a passion of hers. Easily the best first aid training I've had.Typically refreshing my first aid is something I keep putting off because it's so slow, boring, not engaging and often confusing at some points.I found Maggie to be such a joy. Her knowledge and experience is first rate and her confidence in her skills and abilities are top notch. She doesn't bumble her way through as though she learnt it the night before unlike some trainers I've had in the past.I was able to ask questions and get proper answers to why things are done the way we do them - not just "this is whats in the text book". It felt like I was actually taught first aid and not just taught how to pass a test.It's so great know WHY we do the treatment we're taught instead of just how. Knowing the reasoning behind the 'why' makes it so much easier to remember how to do things and have confidence that I'm doing the right thing.I can definitely recommend her and will be using her again.

Maggie's training was so very thorough and I learnt so much more than I thought there was to learn about CPR, her delivery was amazing and I found Maggie to be a.great trainer and a very compassionate lady. Money well invested in learning from Maggie. Couldn't recommend her higher. Her depth of insight into all emergencies relevant to infants and children was excellent and the examples shared of her experiences were invaluable. The hands-on dummies were invaluable practise to ensure we truly understood the CPR teachings. Our group appreciated her warm and informative approach which was often light-hearted when addressing serious events.
